  2. For anyone living in the continental USA, you can order copies for $ 27 each from tgdrape@gmail.com. Shipping is $ 3.50 for one book and $ 4 for two. The books will be shipped media mail, which usually takes about two weeks for delivery. PayPal payments can be sent to the same mail address (for credit card transactions or larger orders contact tgdrape@gmail.com first).
